Our subacute program provides essential support after hospitalization. Residents receive daily therapy, medical monitoring, and coordinated nursing oversight that help them recover safely and confidently.
Residents recovering from orthopedic procedures, joint replacements, fractures, or complex surgeries receive structured therapy and continuous clinical support.
Physical, occupational, and speech therapists design goal-driven plans to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence. Therapy is offered daily in a well-equipped rehabilitation gym.
Avenir at Mark Twain provides a full range of clinical services to support residents with both short-term recovery needs and ongoing health conditions. Our care team works closely with physicians and specialists to ensure every resident receives timely attention, continuous monitoring, and personalized treatment.
